Let me help your family get better sleep
Certified Sleep Consultant
Hi, I'm Jillian
Sleep deprivation ~ It's not something to be taken lightly, if your baby isn't sleeping then nobody's getting sleep! I clearly remember those days of feeling completely exhausted and desperately needing sleep. Working all day, coming home to daily chores, and looking after my family, trying to keep it all together. Juggling all this can be completely overwhelming!
I have been helping families adjust to parenthood as a certified Childbirth Educator and Doula for many years. As a prenatal educator, I currently teach Childbirth, Newborn care and Newborn Sleep classes to expectant parents as well as providing Postpartum Doula support to new parents. You can learn more about that by visiting www.lexingtonchildbirth.com
During my extensive work as a Postpartum Doula, I realized that one of the most common complaints from parents was their lack of sleep. This is what led me down the path of becoming a Certified Sleep Consultant. I love helping parents find that balance, to get their babies sleeping better so everyone is getting the rest they need. I love teaching parents about the science of newborn sleep and how laying down some groundwork can help with getting your baby on the right track. My prior certifications with the Wonder Weeks Academy and The Happiest Baby Educator certification, all contributed and has greatly complimented my sleep training solutions.
I look forward to helping you and your baby get sleep.
